Warranty

All timber structures have a 25 year limited structural warranty unless purchased unstained/unfinished in which case it becomes a 15 year warranty. This applies to any size or wood species.

Our timber frame shade structures are handcrafted, custom kits. Every kit comes sanded, edges are routed and is notched and finished with your choice of stain or paint (or can be left bare). These kits are made from high-quality materials including #1 or BTR Douglas Fir and #2 or BTR Cedar (both rough saw, unless specified in the notes), and come with fasteners, plugs, post bases, and easy to follow instructions (they even include touch up stain/paint).

We offer several Pergola styles including our famous Dovetail jointed Pergolas, and the amazing Kingston. Our Gazebos and Pavilions also feature the Dovetail joint, which provides exceptional strength and aesthetics (click on the Dovetail link to learn more about the benefits of the Dovetail joint).
