A Traditional Addition to our Collection

DoVetail Joints

The Hammock Hut is designed with D ovetail joinery and timber lock screws. Once everything is in place, we seal them with our dowel plugs to give it a beautifully clean and finished look.

Durability

The main frame is constructed with rough cut, #1 grade Douglas Fir (FOHC). The roofing is 16″ metal panels with minor ribs and striations which offers full protection while still making it feel sleek and contemporary.

Perks of the Hammock Hut

This structure has more features than just durability to offer. Do you want electrical power posts so you can add a TV, a sound system or hang bistro lights up? We can do that! The kit comes with 1 power post that conceals the electrical wires inside the post, making it hassle free for you – all you have to do is simply plug your outlet into the post and you have power. We also offer up to 2 fans to help keep you cool during those hot days!

The Hammock Hut is a traditional addition to our designs that has been made with price in mind while still offering that “Old-World” timber frame quality. This structure can be used as a multi-purpose, outdoor structure. Use it as a carport, an outdoor living space, your new family hang-out spot, a pool lounge or a protective structure for you outdoor kitchen or BBQ.

Our structure comes in a variety of semi-transparent stains and we also have the option to leave the structure unstained or “naked”, if you would prefer to buy and do the stain yourself. You get to choose the roof color and the structure color, so feel free to mix and match the stains so that they match the aesthetic appeal of your home!

Is the Hammock Hut Sturdy?

With the 14 knee braces, this style is extremely sturdy and well designed for hanging small swings and hammocks… hence the name. This is a fantastic stand-alone structure to elevate your space, utilize this structure to enhance you outdoor kitchen or living space, and while your at it, enjoy a little hammock time!
